Field to Corporate Office
Our streamlined project focus requires a consistent flow of information between the field and office. Wanzek’s Mobile Vision Plan (MVP) allows for an uninterrupted communication channel of real-time data. Regardless of location assignment, all Wanzek team members are required to implement company safety standards while on the job. Each employee must become familiar with our safety programs and sign a safety pledge. Our company-wide lean Kaizen approach to quality is implemented at every level. Six Sigma yellow belt training is offered to every team member.
