Prior to joining Wanzek Construction in 2009, Mr. Griffin held the position of Construction Director with a large contractor based out of Irving, Texas. He has 28 years of engineering, procurement construction management and construction (EPCM&C) experience in both domestic and international projects. 

Mr. Griffin’s project experience has included work in the sectors of Power, Oil Refining, Chemical, Plastics, Hydrocarbons, Automotive, Pulp Paper, Metals Processing, Health Care, and Instrument Modernization in all types of contracting and labor strategies.  He possesses a diversified background in project management, having served as a construction operations manager, construction project director, construction manager, construction engineering manager, design engineering manager, project electrical engineer, electrical and instrumentation design engineer, senior electrical and instrumentation construction engineer, electrical and instrumentation start up engineer.
