Prior to joining Wanzek Construction, Inc in 2009, Mr. Henry held the position of Vice President of Construction Management Services and Procurement with a large engineering and construction firm based in Houston, Texas and subsequently as a Project Director/Technical Service Manager/Senior Construction Manager with a second Houston engineering and construction firm.
Mr. Henry is a senior construction management executive with nearly 30 years of construction experience on lump sum, reimbursable and fixed fee projects, ranging from small to mega-project levels. Mr. Henry excels in managing projects to establish budget and schedule requirements with excellent safety, quality and productivity metrics. He has proven success in directing and coordinating staff, field labor and subcontractors to achieve contract goals.
